Dora Lutz

Dora Lutz is a business leader and teacher who owns two consulting businesses and is an active instructor at Purdue University's award winning Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.  Her  career focus of social responsibility has afforded the opportunity to support nonprofits, businesses, and governmental entities to understand the opportunities to change the world.  As one of a handful of certified Shared Value Consultants in North America, Dora is focused on helping businesses increase profitability while solving a compelling social issue. She chairs the Global Strategy Council for IMPACT 2030, a United Nations initiative designed to engage businesses in working towards the Millennium Sustainability Goals through volunteerism and service.Dora earned her MBA in Organizational Leadership from Butler University.Whether working with corporations or non-profits, Dora enjoys understanding new theories of organizational leadership and distilling them down into practical approaches that drive business results and community impact, particularly her 5 Phases of Community Engagement Framework.Outside of work, Dora  serves on the board of Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana and leads her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
